Mobility—the ability to move freely through full ranges of motion with control—underlies all physical capability. Without it, strength training is limited, movement becomes restricted, and daily life becomes progressively more constrained. The Mobility Method provides systematic mobility development. You'll learn what mobility actually is (not just flexibility), assess your current mobility, and develop targeted practices for improving movement capacity. Drawing from movement science, physical therapy approaches, and mobility training methodology, the course covers major joints and movement patterns. You'll understand which restrictions matter for your goals and exactly how to address them. Through our ACT Triangle methodology, you'll build a mobility practice during the course. You'll assess your current capacity, implement targeted mobility work, and develop the habit of mobility maintenance that preserves movement quality for life. Because mobility is use-it-or-lose-it—and this course teaches you how to keep it.
