Bodyweight training removes them all—allowing you to build real strength, improve mobility, and develop fitness capability anywhere you have a body and a few square feet of space. The Bodyweight Training Method provides a complete framework for bodyweight training. You'll learn exercise progressions (from beginner to advanced), programming principles, and how to build a balanced routine that develops real physical capability. Drawing from calisthenics methodology, exercise science, and movement training, the course covers pulling, pushing, squatting, hinging, and core work—all using body weight. You'll understand progressions that let you advance continuously without ever needing equipment. Through our ACT Triangle methodology, you'll begin your bodyweight training practice during the course. You'll assess your current level, start appropriate progressions, and develop the understanding and routine that makes bodyweight training a sustainable practice. Because fitness that requires nothing but yourself is fitness you can do forever.
