Please go to the courses page for full information. Brief description: Align your habits with who you want to become. Most habit attempts fail because they're disconnected from identity. You try to act like a healthy person without believing you are one—and eventually, identity reasserts itself. Lasting habit change works in reverse: shift identity first, and behaviors follow naturally. Your Identity-Based Habits integrates identity work with habit formation. You'll learn to define the identity you want to claim, use habits as evidence for that identity, and build the belief system that makes new behaviors feel natural rather than forced. Drawing from psychology of self-concept, habit research, and behavior change science, the course explains why identity-based approaches outperform goal-based approaches. You'll understand how identity forms and how to deliberately reshape it.
