Healing Anxious Attachment provides the path from anxiety to security. You'll understand why anxious attachment developed, how it manifests in adult relationships, and specific practices for developing secure functioning. Drawing from attachment theory, neuroscience, and therapeutic approaches proven to shift attachment patterns, the course addresses both the internal experience of anxious attachment and the behavioral patterns it creates. You'll learn self-soothing strategies, distress tolerance skills, and ways to communicate needs without pushing partners away. Through our ACT Triangle methodology, you'll practice secure behaviors even while feeling anxious. You'll develop internal stability that doesn't depend on partner availability, build tolerance for normal relationship distance, and gradually internalize the security you've always sought. Because healing anxious attachment doesn't require a perfect partner—it requires inner work.
