You'll understand how aging affects fitness, learn to train smarter rather than harder, and develop sustainable practices for long-term physical health. Drawing from aging research, sports medicine, and longevity science, the course covers strength maintenance, cardiovascular health, mobility preservation, and recovery optimization for mature athletes. You'll understand what matters most as you age. Through our ACT Triangle methodology, you'll adapt your fitness approach during the course. You'll assess your current practices, implement age-appropriate modifications, and develop the training philosophy that supports vitality for decades to come.
