Teaching Others How to Treat You

Details

Please go to the courses page for full information. Brief description: Create relationship dynamics that respect your worth. The relationships you have reflect the treatment you've accepted. If people consistently dismiss, disrespect, or take advantage of you, there are likely patterns in your behavior teaching them they can. Teaching Others How to Treat You examines how relationship dynamics get established and how to reset them. You'll understand how your responses shape others' behavior, identify patterns that invite mistreatment, and develop strategies for establishing new relationship norms. Drawing from behavioral psychology, interpersonal dynamics research, and assertiveness frameworks, the course covers direct communication, behavioral boundaries, and the mindset shifts required to expect better treatment. You'll learn why changing your behavior changes others' behavior toward you. Through our ACT Triangle methodology, you'll implement new patterns in existing relationships. You'll practice responding differently to familiar situations, communicate expectations clearly, and build the self-worth foundation that makes good treatment feel normal. Because you teach people how to treat you—so start teaching differently.
